At YJ, every piece is thoughtfully designed, carefully made, and inspected before it reaches you. We want you to feel completely confident in what you choose, while also maintaining the quality and integrity of every garment.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the product meets all the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Have all original tags and labels attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Have no stains, marks, perfume, makeup, washing, alterations, or signs of wear.

  • Include all accessories or accompanying items provided with the order.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photographs of the item, if requested by our team

Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Please do not send an item back without receiving confirmation from YJ first.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care in checking every garment before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide photographs or a video clearly showing the issue and the packaging in which the item arrived.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, quality, and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without their original tags or packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use, stains, fragrance, makeup, or other marks.

  • Custom-made or personalised pieces.

  • Items purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable.

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly sent by YJ, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange subject to product availability.

If your requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative available option or receive a refund, where applicable.

Only one exchange request may be made per order.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within [X] business days.

Natural fabrics can have subtle variations in texture, colour, weave, and appearance. These characteristics are inherent to natural materials and are not considered defects.

We recommend following the care instructions provided with your garment to preserve its quality and appearance.
